Oh noes!!! It now takes me four volleys to take down "Seven" Cruisers with the same set-up it took me three to take out pre-patch. Oh noes!!! I now drop light drones out on frigates when they get to me in exactly the same way as I did pre-patch...

There is no such thing as a salvage thief. If you're sharing bounties with people who aren't in your gang then it's unintended and you should file a bug report but salvage belongs to the first person to get it into their cargohold.
